It is your telephone provider who is responsible for your phone line up until your master socket. We can offer independent advice and identify and fix any faults that are present on your internal telephone landline wiring. If you’ve called BT, or other provider, and they’ve told you that the fault exists in your equipment but they’ll charge you £150.00 for the privilege of a visit; regardless of whether the fault lies with your infrastructure.
